- 1 lb. of shredded chicken (cook and shred chicken breasts, or used canned if you’re in a hurry.)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. cream cheese, cut into chunks
- ¾ cup buffalo wing sauce (I prefer Frank’s Red Hot.)
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cover the bottom of the pan with the shredded chicken.
- Place chunks of cream cheese over the chicken and spread as evenly as possible.
- Mix ranch dressing with buffalo sauce and pour over top.
- Sprinkle cheese over the mixture.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and dip is bubbly.
Or, simply add all of the ingredients to a slow cooker and heat on low. I like to bake it so that there’s a nice layer of cheese on top. Dip with whatever you like: tortilla chips, celery, or crackers. It’s even good enough to eat by itself!
I made this for our last New Year’s Eve party. It was a huge hit with our sons! They are fanatics about buffalo wings. They cleaned up this dish fast!
